As a food fanatic, one of the things I’m often asked is "Where on earth did you learn all of this?”

 

For as long as I can remember, food has been my life. Whether it was learning how to hold a knife at 4 years old in my mother's kitchen or working as a foodservice research analyst at the leading foodservice research company, I've loved to share my passions, peeves, and points of view with others around me.

 

I've created 'Emily the Epicure' to add limitless value to my life, and provide a chance to share my passions and wonderings with my loyal readers.
